Saturday, K and I ventured off the island of Manhattan for a little bought of botany. We headed to the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, where there is free admission from 10-12 on Saturdays. June is Rose Month and the gardens were beautiful, aromatic and pristine. I took a lot of pictures... something so beautiful about the vibrant colors of plants and flowers.
